Our first step is always to get to know our clients. It is important for us to understand what you are looking for in your dream home and to work together to achieve it within your timeline and budget. Be prepared for long and lengthy discussions we love to work very closely with our clients and take their passions on as our own.
Once we have discovered what you are looking for; we can begin searching for the perfect location. Whether you have chosen a community or neighbourhood or need help narrowing down your choices, Sehra Homes will help you find what you need. Our goal is to streamline the process and make it as easy as possible for you. Our next step is a consultation with our architectural design team to bring your dream home to life.

Next, is to personalize the interior of your home and select all interior features and finishings. As this can be very challenging with all the available options and designs; We are happy to provide the services of our partner interior designers and design teams to assist you throughout this process. Our design team will help guide you through everything from layouts, colours, finishes and material selections. Even your furniture! We can help you with that.

Once we begin the building process, we allow you to choose how involved you want to be with the build. We like to have scheduled on-site and off-site visits so that you are able to be a part of the building process and see the various stages your home goes through before completion. During the construction process, we follow strict timelines, budgets, and building standards to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

Finally, once everything is ready to go, we will do an initial and final walk through with our clients to ensure all questions and concerns are addressed before we hand over the keys. You will be introduced to your new home and all of its features. You will receive a possession package that holds helpful information regarding your new homes such as appliance manuals, warranties and product selections. Once this process is complete, the keys are yours and your dream home awaits.
